Man… that game was frustrating as hell. The Titans had every chance to beat Denver and still lost 20-12.

Everybody’s going to point at Cam Ward because he’s the rookie QB, but that loss ain’t on him. Dude was throwing some dimes and his receivers dropped EIGHT passes.

Eight! You can’t expect a kid to look good when nobody’s catching the ball. If even half of those are caught, we probably win.

You may have even seen his Dad kicking and punching the air amongst the crowd in clear frustration.

Coach Brian Callahan had fans and media alike in a stir after admitting he was unsure of the inbound rules on a questionable catch call.

The call would have in fact been overturned as wide receiver Elic Ayomanor had touched an elbow in bounds with clear possession of the ball.

Brian Callahan was under the impression that you had to have two feet in bounds with possession.

The O-line was trash too. Ward was running for his life all game; the Broncos had six sacks and a ton of pressure.

Hard to get anything going when your QB can’t even set his feet. The only light at the end of the O-Line tunnel was sophomore guard Peter Skoronski, who allowed zero pressures or sacks.

The defense played their asses off though. Four turnovers, and they kept us in it the whole time.

You know how many points we got off those turnovers? Six. Freaking. Points. That’s embarrassing.

It was refreshing to see cornerback L’Jarius Sneed come back after surgery and rehabilitation last season and all off-season.

And the penalties… good god. 13 flags for 131 yards. We basically handed Denver a touchdown and a couple of field goals for free.

The one on Jeffery Simmons late in the game was a killer. Dude was balling all night, made a big stop, and then got flagged.

Instead of getting the ball back with a chance to win, Denver ran out the clock.

This team beat itself Sunday. Period. The defense deserves better.

Ward deserves better. If the receivers catch the damn ball and the offense cleans this crap up, there’s still hope.

Rams coming to Nashville next week. Time to show up, or we’re looking at 0-2 real quick.

If things don’t TITAN UP fast, we will all have to buckle down for another long season. ⚔️🔥
